  Worst move of my life! If I could rate them with "negative" stars then I would. The level of negligence and unprofessionalism of the crew and staff is beyond words. If I just posted the highlights of the all the broken furniture and valuables it would take up this entire message board. Bottom line is if you want to pay twice the quote and deal with replacing your valuables then De Havens is the choice for you.
  
  Note: If you are going to ignore this review then please ensure you take out the best insurance policy you can or you will be sorry.
