  Purchased a TRANE A/C unit from Kirkland's in May 2012. Sales rep, Tom Newsome, along with entire installation crew, were extremely professional, with superb customer service beginning to end. In May 2013, an older thermostat stopped working; called Kirkland for diagnosis. Service technician, Shane, diagnosed very quickly, offered a few choices for replacement. He took time to explain the new unit selected, gave a thorough training overview and allowed ample time for questions which he answered. I am very pleased with Kirkland, its product offerings and most of all, the integrity and professionalism of its employees.
