  Thank you to all that posted reviews. I am in the progress of looking for a rental and glad I do my research on these companies that are renting homes. I will absolutely stay away from Progress Residential because of these reviews. From the sound of it, they should be ashamed of themselves for running such a shady business. Thank you all again for your posts because I was just about to call them to see a home, but I always research any company I do business with because the reviews tell a story that a company trying to gain your business doesn't tell or want you to see. I've also heard horror stories about Xcaliber Homes... Same kind of deal as Progress. My current neighbor is having same issues with them as most of you have had with Progress. I think I just want to find an individual to rent from and stay away from all you management companies.
